A Little Owl

Hello friends. I apologize that I am getting so bad about remembering to get my post done on time. I work on Monday nights, so if I don't get to get the write up done and prescheduled, then I tend to end up posting late.

Here is our fab sketch for this week which I know you all are going to enjoy:

Our sponsor for this week is SVG Attic.

SVG Attic is an etsy store which provides many delightful SVG files that can be used with your electronic cutter. I have a Silhouette, but I wanted to show you a different side to the "Give a Hoot image." Along with all the needed cut files for several different owl images, I received a .jpeg page of different owls, trees and flowers. My 11yrs old granddaughter loves owls, so I was showing her the page when we got the idea to use it instead of the cut files. In addition to the card shown above (which my granddaughter helped make), she also used the images to decorate the front of a spiral notebook .

We had loads of fun with these designs even without using the SVG capabilities (which is still an option for us - grin).
