I apologize for the quality of the photo and the lack of watermark, but I had/am having computer problems. It is highly frustrating because I've lost all my programs although most of the data was saved. How dependent we've become on machines (sigh).
We have completed our flash back to 2017 and this is the first new sketch for 2018:
Isn't it lovely? I have used a green card base and a piece of digital paper from We Are 3 designs. Right now I cannot tell you the name of the digital package this paper is from (lost file), but I promise that I will add a P.S. before the week is out with the name and link for this lovely cotton candy looking pink paper.
I also cannot share the name and designer of the image yet. (I might as well not even write this blog since I cannot get to and share the pertinent information - boohoo!) Anyway, I kept the card simple and true to the sketch design. I only used the two papers (the green card and the pink background). I cut the scalloped circle and the image circle with Spellbinder dies. The pink flowers are from Recollections, and the two leaf elements are from Martha Stewart punches.
I hope to have my computer back up and running properly soon, and I do promise to come back and give you the missing information. In the mean time, have a good week and happy crafting!
PS: I am still working on trying to reinstall my programs and get my computer back up to snuff. It is a slow process, especially since I am having trouble remembering what programs I had. Anyway, I did recover enough to be able to do the research on the paper and image, and as promised, I am letting you know the details on them (smile). The pink paper is from the We Are 3 Sweetheart Collection. The image is called Tea Cup Stack by Happileigh. (I did a search for Leigh's site, but I did not find it. I don't know if she has closed it or what. I always enjoyed doing cards with her images.)
So sorry for the computer woes - it hits all of us at one time or another so don't feel alone! Your take on the sketch is wonderful and I just love those petite roses that perfectly match the rose in the teacups! Beautiful background too! Wonderful card, and good luck getting your computer back up and running :)
