I started mine with a cranberry colored card base. I added a layer of patterned paper from Heartfelt Creations. I then cut two pieces of matching papers (green and pink) and matted them with the cranberry. My strip is yet another piece of paper which I also matted with the cranberry. Last of all, I cut an oval image and matted it with the cranberry. The image and all the designer papers are from the Heartfelt Creations Sweet Peony 12 x 12" paper pad.
This is one of those sketches that work on so many levels, and the DT have proved it with their many wonderful designs. You need to take a few minutes and stop by the Tuesday Morning Blog and have a look at all the lovely samples.

This is so pretty and makes me smile. Love the way you added the pearls on the oval. I was so excited recently because I FINALLY got Blue Birds to come to my feeders!

I am so impressed with your take on this sketch and the beautiful vintage feel you managed to achieve with this card! It reminds me of my grandmother's flower garden somehow and I love what you've done here! The colors, pretty papers and sweet little flower accent all look perfect together.
