Tuesday Sketch Goes to the Beach

Hello friends. Did you have fun playing along with our sketch last week at Tuesday Morning Sketches? This week we have another great one for you to use, and here it is:

Isn't it great? So many possibilities. You should have no problem coming up with wonderful projects using this sketch. Not only is it lovely as is, but equally so turned side-ways (the DT show lovely inspiration both ways). Did you know that if you like our Facebook page, you can view the sketch a whole day before it goes live on the blog?  Yep!  You can!  You still have to link your project (directly) onto the TMS blog, but you can start your creative juices flowing early.

My little image is simply called "Patsy4." There are several adorable similar beach images using this little darling, so check them out.

I have colored Patsy with my Copic markers (so what's new?). I then used a Spellbinder circle die to cut out my image. I then cut the middle die from QuicKutz nesting lace doilies (DC0356 from Dutch Paper Crafts) in yellow to mat my image. My card base is white, layered with the yellow card. The DPs are from DCWV, and I used a piece of yellow and white Baker's twine around the two bottom pieces. I created my sentiment on the computer, printed it off and matted it with the yellow. Isn't this a fun, colorful card?
