A Hero Like Dad
Hi everyone! It is time for a new release and a new challenge from Sami Stamps. This week she is introducing a fab set just for the fathers in our lives. Let me share the thumb nail of all the images before going on with my card:
Aren't they great? Also, a little secret (HA), these would also be perfect for a little boy's birthday card. What little boy doesn't want to grow up to be a policeman or a fireman or even GI Joe?
I have used the Business Hero for my card. My Dad and my Father-in-law are both gone, so I thought I'd made a card that perhaps one of the Grandkids might want to use. I colored the image with Copic markers (as always, it seems), then layered different papers to create this clean, classic design. I computer generated the sentiment and created the "blue ribbon" using circle and scalloped circle dies.

ReplyDeleteThis is too cute! What a fun image as are the other three! I just read your bio and it made me smile! We share our house with 2 felines and 2 teens! We live about 45 min south of Atlanta so we are GA neighbors!!!
